Mike turned in an awesome performance at Penticton's Ironman Canada Triathlon. He won the 60+ age group with a finishing time of 12:45:02. He swam 3.8K in 1:41:10, cycled 180.2K in 6:40:10, then ran a 4:23:43 marathon.
