coach bruce introBruce Deacon, M.Ed., Oly, ChPC, coaches the youth, para, and high-performance athletes for the Prairie Inn Harriers Running Club. In 2023, his athletes qualified for seven national teams, broke 10 national records, and won six national championship medals.

coach lucy.jpgLucy has over 30 years of experience coaching distance running and triathlon. With an extensive background as a coach, educator, professional athlete and mentor, she supports all levels of athletes in their pursuit of individual excellence.

Chris is a disciple of the Arthur Lydiard method and many coaches who came after him. The approach for being fully prepared on race day requires patience. The focus is on building a solid aerobic foundation first, followed by specific training phases done in an order that culminates in peak fitness for race day.

coach shane introShane provides coaching programs for runners wanting to improve their performance in distances from 5k to 50 Miles on road or on trail. He specializes in trail and mountain running so can help you improve your off-road prowess.

coach jeff introCurrent club members can contact Jeff to meet and co-create a training plan for an upcoming ultra race. He will continue to be an online mentor throughout your training program.
